The Advanced Diploma in Hospital Management and Leadership is an online programme designed to prepare learners for leadership and management responsibilities within hospital and healthcare environments.

4. Quality Improvement and Patient Safety

Focuses on quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, accreditation and compliance within hospital settings. Learners consider how to evaluate safety protocols and develop practical plans for improving healthcare quality and managing risk.
5. Leadership and Strategic Management
